Innibos Boekenaweek in Kaapschehoop. Friday’s programme features Carel van der Merwe, Albe Grobbelaar, Pieter Mulder, Chris Marnewick and Graham Coetzer, closing with Frieda van den Heever at the Bohemian Groove Café.

A 2.5-hour training hike with warm-up and stretches, on the first and last Saturday of each month, 08:00–10:30. Bring a weighted backpack, water and a mat.
