SummitX Trail Camp — Get Fit for the Wild. A 2.5-hour training hike including warm-up and stretches.Every 1st & last Saturday of the month, 08:00–10:30, Kaapsehoop.Bring a backpack filled with 5–10 kg weights (or cat litter), water, and a yoga/sleeping mat for stretches.Cost: R150 per person per session.
