A 2.5-hour training hike including warm-up and stretches.Every 1st & last Saturday of the month, 08:00–10:30, Kaapsehoop.Bring a backpack filled with 5–10 kg weights (or cat litter), water, and a yoga/sleeping mat for stretches.Cost: R150 per person per session.

The 25th Annual Symposium of the Heritage Association of South Africa (HASA), presented by the Graaff-Reinet Heritage Society — three days of Karoo hospitality.Six presentations each morning, guided tours (architecture and religion, traces of the Boer War, palaeontology and the Valley of Desolation), light lunches, a gala dinner and the HASA Annual General Meeting.
